General conditions of sale and Participant Agreement and Liability Waiver:

1. Complementary Nature of Service

Energy Approach offers services based on Pranic Healing practices.
Energy healing is under no circumstances a replacement for conventional medicine.
A medical doctor’s specialized expertise is focused on treating your physical body, which is absolutely vital and necessary. Conversely, an energy healer’s skill lies exclusively in addressing and balancing your energetic body. Therefore, Pranic Healing is strictly a supportive addition to medical care, physical exercise, and proper nutrition—never a substitute for them.

It is strictly a complementary therapy and not a substitute or replacement for conventional medical care. The system's founder, Choa Kok Sui, strongly cautioned against fanatical viewpoints, emphasizing that even the most advanced and wise healers regularly consult medical doctors to take care of their own health.

2. No Medical Scope or Authority

Pranic Healers are not medical doctors or licensed healthcare professionals. We do not diagnose illnesses, perform medical treatments, or prescribe medications. We will never advise or motivate you to change, reduce, or stop any medical treatments or prescription medications ordered by your doctor. All medical decisions must be made solely with your qualified physician.

3. Compliance with Local Regulations

While we welcome clients globally, our services are conducted in strict compliance with all applicable government regulations and healthcare laws of our operating jurisdiction. We strictly observe all legal limitations regarding what non-medical practitioners are permitted to treat. For clients navigating complex or legally regulated medical diagnoses, our sessions are restricted purely to general emotional comfort, stress relief, and energetic balance, independent of your medical path.

4. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are requesting and receiving this service entirely voluntarily, of your own free will, and without any feeling of obligation or coercion. You assume sole and full responsibility for your healing experience, personal well-being, and all health-related choices you make.

5. Full Release of Liability

By booking or receiving a Pranic Healing session, you explicitly agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Pranic Healing school, its organizers, instructors, healers, and staff from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal demands arising out of your session or overall experience.

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Energy Approach, and Pranic Healing network. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the companies Energy Approach, and Pranic Healing an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Any order placed on a site belonging to the companies Energy Approach, or Pranic Healing implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the points mentioned on this page.
